Patchwork Log-Cabin Quilt Elegy Poetry Ebook Cover
A homespun poetry ebook cover with a worn log-cabin quilt of calico and denim, a red plaid pocket at its center and muslin labels for title and author.
A poetry ebook cover for a quiet, elegiac collection about grief, family and small-town life. A hand-pieced log-cabin quilt fills the cover, with strips spiraling out from a red plaid shirt pocket that holds a folded scrap of lined paper. The strips are made from calico florals, denim, plaid and pinstripe, with small hand stitches, a few loose threads, darned patches and soft window light falling from the upper left. A big title sits on a muslin label near the top, and the author's name sits on a second label along the bottom. The palette is faded indigo, calico red, buttercup yellow, muslin and thread brown.
