Vintage 78 RPM Record Label Fiddle Contest Participation Certificate
A classic certificate of participation set on a vintage record label, in gold on black and maroon, with a rosette ribbon and two signature lines.
A formal participation certificate for a youth music contest, a fiddlers' convention or a folk music society. The recipient's name is lettered in gilt script on a large maroon record label, pressed into a black disc with fine grooves, with two tune titles listed like track lines. On the right sit the certificate title, a short citation, the date, two signature lines and the organization's name, and a maroon and gold contestant rosette ribbon sits at the lower left. It is dark and warm, with gold rules, serif type and ornamental script, in the manner of an old 78 rpm label.
