Hand-Drawn Ghost and Lantern Halloween Costume Party Invitation
A hand-drawn Halloween costume party invitation with a bedsheet ghost holding a glowing lantern, violet night sky and room for date, address and RSVP.
A portrait invitation for a neighborhood Halloween costume party at someone's home. A friendly bedsheet ghost holds up a tin lantern, and the warm pool of light from it carries the date, time, address and treats on a candle-gold shape. Across the top sit a big two-color headline, a short line naming the hosts, and a couple of bats and stars. RSVP details and a note that costumes are required sit in the lower left beside a small pumpkin. It looks hand-inked on toothy paper, in dusk violet, pumpkin orange, candle gold and bone, with a spooky-sweet, playful mood. It could also work for a fall harvest party or a chili cook-off.
