Felt Appliqué Overpacked Suitcase Children's Book Cover
A playful felt appliqué cover for a kids' picture book, with an overstuffed red suitcase, a girl on the lid and a navy banner for the author.
A bouncy ebook cover for a read-aloud picture book about a little girl overpacking for her first sleepover. A red felt suitcase seen from above is stitched into compartments holding a cactus, a goldfish bowl, a tuba, a ladder, a rubber duck, a toothbrush and a sleeping dachshund dressed as a sweater, while the girl sits on the lid tugging the zipper. Everything looks like layered felt appliqué with blanket stitching, sewn-on buttons and soft shadows in turquoise, chili red, sunflower yellow, pink and navy. A chunky rounded title sits across the top and a stitched navy banner at the bottom holds the author's name.
