Cut-Paper Filing Cabinet Archivists Conference Poster
A cut-paper collage conference poster of an open filing drawer with a plume of papers, in cream, manila and sage green with a violet stamp.
A conference poster for a records and archives meeting, built as a paper collage on cream card stock. A big title sits on two taped strips, one manila and one sage green, above an open filing-cabinet drawer with a plume of tickets, snapshots and index cards that grows tidier toward a squared-up stack held by a violet paper clip. Small taped cards hold the keynote speaker, a short tagline, the dates and venue, and the registration price, with a rubber-stamped date in violet. Typewriter text, halftone scraps and soft shadows give it a dusty, affectionate reading-room mood; it suits a library, museum, historical society or any small-town gathering.
