Cut-Paper Collage Theater Play Poster
A wistful collage poster for a theater play, with a torn portrait over gray sea, taped kraft and oxblood paper, a stamped date and a details band.
A poster for a new stage play or family drama, built as a cut-paper collage on kraft paper. A torn old portrait of a woman, with a strip of gray winter sea in place of her lower half, carries the page, framed by taped scraps of oxblood and slate blue paper. A large serif title sits below, with the playwright line, a rubber-stamped opening date and a dark torn-edge band for venue, run dates, ticket price and website. The palette is kraft brown, oxblood, slate blue, bone and near-black, and the mood is wistful and a little uneasy. It suits a theater company, drama school or community playhouse, and swaps easily to another production.
