A round badge logo for a neighborhood bread bakery, in light and dark versions. The brown ring works like a scored loaf, with cream slash cuts in its crust that open into the rays of a blue sun rising over the bakery's name. The name curves along the top and a short tagline curves along the bottom, between two small stars and a stitched dashed border. The carved, slightly uneven lines give it a hand-cut woodcut feel in rye brown, enamel blue and oatmeal, with a heavy slab serif. It suits a bakery, boulangerie or any early-morning food shop, and the name and tagline are easy to swap.
