Miami Deco Elevator Dial Cocktail Housewarming Invitation
A square art deco housewarming invitation with a brass elevator dial, racing stripes and pink, seafoam and teal tones for a cocktail evening.
A square housewarming invitation for a cocktail evening and rooftop sunset in a new apartment. A vintage brass elevator floor dial takes the top half, with its half-moon of numbers and the arrow swung to one floor, and the hosts' names sit beneath it in big art deco capitals. Below are lines for the occasion, date and time, address, RSVP and a tongue-in-cheek note about the slow old elevator, all easy to replace. It is drawn in pastel Miami Beach deco: deep teal-blue ground, flamingo pink and seafoam racing stripes, porthole rounds, brass trim and cream type. It also suits a dinner party or an open house in a vintage building.
