A two-page US Letter menu for a walk-up burger joint, drawn like the painted crop signs staked at the edge of a field. The first page has burgers, sandwiches and hot dogs, and fries and poutine; the second has sides, shakes and floats. Each section is headed by its own sketched sign on a wooden post, with dishes, short descriptions and prices in a tidy column on a pale panel. A sunny blue sky, a canola-yellow field and a red grain elevator frame the headings, and a big sign at the foot of the back page holds the address, phone, website and opening hours. It is set in marker-style lettering with colored-pencil hatching in canola yellow, sky blue, barn red, wheat and brown, and suits a burger stand, diner or food truck.
