Elegant Minimal Open Book and Pressed Violet Sympathy Card
A minimal sympathy card with a graphite line-drawn open book, reading glasses and one pressed violet on warm ivory, plus a message page to sign.
2 pages
A quiet sympathy card for anyone writing to a friend, neighbor or coworker who has lost someone, especially a person who loved to read. The front draws an open hardcover book in fine graphite line work with a pair of folded reading glasses on one page and a pressed violet in the gutter, the only color on a warm ivory ground. A short greeting sits above the book and a small italic line below it, with plenty of empty space around them. The inside is a plain page with a small violet mark, a short message, a closing line and a rule to sign on, set in a soft serif.
