Civic Floor Plan Library Renovation Proposal Presentation
A clean, civic eight-slide proposal deck for a library renovation, with a floor plan on every slide, a budget chart, team cards and brick, sage and sand colors.
8 pages
An eight-slide project proposal for an architecture firm pitching a public library board on reusing an empty retail building. It covers a title slide, agenda, a what-stays-and-what-goes slide with a photo, rooms and figures, a budget chart with three phases, a team slide, a trustee quote and a closing request. A thin floor plan drawing sits in the corner of every slide, with the room being discussed shaded in brick red. The look is clean and corporate in warm sand, brick, sage green and ink navy, set in a sturdy condensed sans, and it could just as easily suit a school, hospital or city hall project.
