Bold Stencil Practice Room Door Classical Piano Album Cover
A bold typographic classical piano album cover with a huge stenciled door number, a piano window, a taped sign-up card and cream-on-black type.
A square album cover for a solo piano record, built entirely from huge stenciled lettering on a near-black ground. An oversized door number fills most of the page, with a tall narrow window cut through its stem to show the open lid, red felt hammers, strings and keys of an upright piano on an early-morning blue. A bold title runs across the top, the artist's name and a short subtitle sit at the bottom right, and a taped paper sign-up card with a penciled line sits at the bottom left. The palette is cream, black, graphite, hammer red and morning blue, with a solitary, diligent, quietly fierce mood that suits a classical or contemporary piano release and stays readable at thumbnail size.
